Core (shared master data)
Organizations, users, roles, and shared masters—suppliers, customers, and products—sit in Core and are reused by Procurement, Inventory, and Sales so you do not duplicate reference data across modules.
Connection map
Shared supplier master drives purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier quote workflows.
Products from Core inventory catalog feed stock rows, transactions, and adjustments.
Customers and catalog items underpin opportunities, quotations, and sales orders.
When both modules are on: purchase request lines and goods receipts align with warehouses and stock.
Purchase-side activity ties to vendor bills and automated journal treatment where Accounting is enabled.
Sales order fulfillment can consume stock and post inventory movements when Inventory is subscribed.
Customer invoices and related journal entries flow from sales activity when Accounting is on.
Inventory-related postings (e.g. from receipts or fulfillment) can reach the GL when integrated.
Payroll runs and transactions can post through to Accounting where that integration path is configured.
